Photodynamic Therapy for Vulvar Carcinoma in situ (Case Report)

Abstract

The article presents a clinical case of the successful application of photodynamic therapy with chlorine e6-based photosensitizer photolon in a patient with vulvar cancer in situ. The use of an exposure dose of light of 100 J/cm2 made it possible to achieve complete clinical and morphological regression of the pathological focus, confirmed by control observations at 3 and 6 months.
